WHAT EXACTLY IS ON DEMAND?
On Demand is an exclusive cable service for our digital customers. It’s not available to satellite customers. On Demand offers a library of movies, series and events which can be accessed through the interactive program guide. On Demand offers first run movies, library or adult titles as well as a variety of events. There are also free On Demand services available including Karaoke, Treehouse, YTV, NFL Network, Caught On Demand and Ambient TV. You can access On Demand in a number of ways including selecting the On Demand button (VOD) on your remote control; selecting the Menu /Settings button on your remote control and scrolling to On Demand; or by going to channel 01.
I STOPPED MY ON DEMAND MOVIE HALF WAY THROUGH IT. DO I HAVE TO GO BACK TO THE BEGINNING AGAIN?
No. You can resume the movie at the point you stopped watching it, anytime within 24 hours of ordering it.
CAN I ACCIDENTALLY ORDER A MOVIE ON DEMAND THAT I THEN HAVE TO PAY FOR?
If you choose a chargeable program by mistake, you’ll be prompted twice to confirm your purchase, giving you a second chance to say “no”.
