Private Guard Alarm Response
When choosing your response service, Source Security Services recommends the use of Private Guard Alarm Response.
This professionally trained Response Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In the event that your alarm is activated, a signal is received at the central monitoring station notifying our personnel, who immediately place a call to your residence to determine the cause. If no one is at the premise to answer the call, the Private Guard Response service is dispatched immediately. They complete a thorough check of the property and notify authorities if there appears to be any disruptions warranting police or fire action. They will stay at the home or business until authorities arrive on scene, whether the owner is at the premise or not.
The Private Guard Alarm Response service is also in place to ensure that police services are being used more efficiently due to the increasing number of false alarms. The chart below dictates the fees that apply for both Private Guard Response and Police Response.

1 In some jurisdictions, police will not respond to an unregistered alarm activation unless a crime is reported at the scene.
